As promised, here’s additional information for tomorrow night’s event for 100% virtual students and their families (hybrid students do not attend this event). The event is scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm and will end at 7:00 pm. There is no formal presentation, rather, students and their families will come to APHS between 5:30 & 7 pm to meet the teachers and to pick-up any necessary materials & supplies to use while working virtually from home.
Students and their families will park in one of the two parking lots in the front of the building. You will enter the “Farmer’s Market” style event at the top corner of the sidewalks between the two parking lots. There you will be greeted and provided a list of where each department is located along the perimeter of the building. Everyone will travel in one direction and walk around the building until you reach the end of the route down by the Athletic Complex.
