AMS HEART CHALLENGE
The AMS Heart Challenge will take place after school on Thursday, March 5. Proceeds from this event benefit the American Heart Association. More information is being provided in PE classes.

APO – YANKEE TRAILS BUS TRIP RAFFLE
Support APO programs by purchasing a raffle ticket(s) to win a day “Bus Trip for 2” from Yankee Trails to NYC or Boston (certificate doesn’t expire until 12/31/2020). Get your tickets before each concert 3/4 and 3/11 (APHS) or 3/17 (AMS) or online via Paypal! Paypal money can be sent to ams.parentorg@yahoo.com (put “Raffle tickets” in the comment section). YEARBOOK ORDERS
Orders are being accepted for the 2019/2020 Algonquin Middle School yearbook.
The cost of the basic yearbook is $26.00 with upgrades optional.
Order your child’s copy by going to ybpay.lifetouch.com and enter code # 11617120. The deadline for ordering is March 31, 2020. Extra yearbooks will not be available if you do not order online.
INTERNATIONAL POTLUCK DINNER
Join us for yet another fun evening for all as the Averill Park LOTE Department hosts its annual international potluck dinner Thursday, March 26, 6-8 p.m. at Algonquin Middle School. See attached flyer for more information.

The Pleasure Read Book Club will meet next week, on Thursday, March 5. Students can sign up in the library starting next week. Students bring any middle school book of their choice to share. We will meet from second dismissal until 3:15 p.m. Students can take the late bus home or have a ride set up. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Ekstrom: ekstrom@apcsd.org
