RPI students Max deFeiter and Isabel Dashiell conducted a Google Meet presentation, showing grade 6 Team students the campus makerspace: The Forge.
The Forge contains nineteen 3-D printers of all shapes and sizes, along with a laser cutter. Team students were able to hear about the projects the 3-D printers are used for, how they work, careers in engineering and corporate uses of 3-D printers. Students had the opportunity to ask many questions. We thank Max and Isabel for their time and expertise!
