Section 2 champion Averill Park defeated Section 10’s Massena in the NYS Girls Basketball Sub-Regional on March 8, 66-27.
Amelia Wood led the Warriors with 17 points. Taylor Holohan added 16 and Michelina Lombardi chipped in with 10.
AP moves on to the Regional Final against Section 3 champion Bishop Ludden on March 12 at 1:00 p.m. at Cicero-North Syracuse High School.
