GRADE 8 NYC FIELD TRIP – FRIDAY!
The Grade 8 field trip to New York City is coming up on Friday, May 19. Families are reminded that their child should be at AMS for 6:15am. Buses will depart at 6:30am without exception. Additional reminders and information about the field trip were emailed home last week. We look forward to a great day in the Big Apple!

GRADE 6 FIELD TRIPS – TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
The Grade 6 field trips to Thacher Park and the Food Bank Farm are scheduled for Tuesday, May 23 and Wednesday, May 24. Students are asked to wear shoes that can get dirty from working on the farm and hiking the upper trail. Students are reminded to bring a lunch for the field trip on Tuesday and Wednesday

APO – FAREWELL DANCE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Help us send our eighth grade class off with an Evening Under the Stars! This event is enjoyed by eighth grade students but parents of sixth and seventh graders are strongly encouraged to help and chaperone. The event will be held on Friday, June 2 from 7:00-9:00 pm in the AMS cafe.
Food and drinks can be brought to the front office beginning on Wednesday, June 1. Please label any items that will need to be returned to you.
