The Averill Park Central School District is hiring full-time, part-time and substitute employees for the 2023-24 school year!

FULL TIME:

TEACHER AIDES (MULTIPLE POSITIONS AT ALL LEVELS K-12)

  •  6.5 hours per day 10 month position, starting at $15.75 per hour  (open until filled)
HIGH SCHOOL
  • School Monitor– 7.5 hours per day 10 month position, starting at $15.75 per hour  (open until filled)
BUILDING AND GROUNDS
  • Groundskeeper– 8 hours per day 12 month position, starting at $18.14 per hour  (open until filled)
TRANSPORTATION
  • School Bus Drivers – hours per day vary, 10 month position, starting at $21.00 per hour (open until filled)
  • School Bus Attendants — hours per day vary, 10 month position, starting at $15.75 per hour  (open until filled)
 
PART TIME:
 
FOOD SERVICE
  • Food Service Helpers–  hours per day vary, 10 month position, starting at $15.75 per hour  (open until filled)

Substitute positions come with flexible schedules and no experience is necessary for many openings.  You have the option of joining NYS TRS or ERS as a substitute.
