Due to the high temperatures in the classrooms, grades K – 8 will have a half day tomorrow. Regents exams will be administered as scheduled.
Elementary schools will dismiss at 12:00 and Algonquin will dismiss at 10:45.
After taking temperature readings in classrooms, and monitoring the forecasted Heat index, the District is taking this precaution to keep students and staff safe. Please stay safe and stay cool!
