The International Club has placed the biographies of many famous Hispanic people around Averill Park High School to highlight Hispanic Heritage month. The club is also having a trivia contest that any high school student can enter. The trivia relates to the history of Hispanic Heritage month and ways that it is celebrated. There will be three winners drawn from the entries with the most correct answers. Winners will receive a Day of the Dead gift basket.
The International Club will celebrate the end of Hispanic Heritage Month on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2024 with a fiesta, where they will enjoy a variety of Hispanic dishes. #AP_EveryStudentEveryDay
