RPI Students Teach 3-D Printing to AMS 6th Grade Students

Who knew 3D printing could be so tasty?! AMS 6th grade TEAM students had a special opportunity to learn about 3D printing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute students James Funaro, Nathan Mirin and Julia Kapchyusqy, who oversee The Forge, the Makerspace at RPI. The RPI students let AMS students get an up close, hands-on 3D printing experience by completing a special activity with frosting and cookies which mimicked the concept of 3D printing.
