1st graders in Mrs. Chenette’s class at WSL recently worked with Mrs. Beauchamp on their Second Step unit for this month on the topic of Emotional Management. Students discussed their feelings, ways to identify if someone was feeling upset, problem solving strategies to help yourself or someone else work through challenging feelings and ways to show empathy for others. The class will continue the lessons in the unit with Mrs. Chenette and continue with weekly subsequent lessons to support their emotions and recognize how others are feeling! #AP_EveryStudentEveryDay
