Wednesday, June 11 & Tuesday, June 17 – Wednesday, June 25 

The last day of instruction is Monday, June 16.  No exams are given on this day.  

Wednesday, June 11: 

  • No classes in session, and only students scheduled to take the Geometry exam (8-11am) should attend on this date.  
  • Buses will be running on their regular schedule.  There will not be a midday run, so students must either provide their own transportation at the appropriate time, or if staying at school, remain in the cafeteria.  Additionally, afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time, 2:10pm. 
  • The cafeteria will be open and offer breakfast from 7:20-8:00am, and lunch from 10:00-11:30 am.  
  • Students should plan to be at school 15 minutes prior to the start of their exam in order to turn in their cell phones and get to their exam rooms.  The Geometry exam will begin at 8am).
  • When coming in for an exam, students must report directly to the cafeteria and remain there until an announcement is made to report to their exam locations. 
  • Once students have completed their exams, they must report directly to the cafeteria to wait for appropriate transportation, or they must leave campus immediately.  Students may not be in any other part of the building.  

 

Tuesday, June 17th:

  • Buses will be running on their regular schedule.  There will not be a midday run, so students must either provide their own transportation at the appropriate time, or if staying at school, remain in the cafeteria.  Additionally, afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time, 2:10pm.   
  • Students taking the morning exam (ELA) will be directed to their exam room 15 minutes prior to the exam.  If students are not taking the afternoon exam, Living Environment, they will need to either secure their own transportation after their exam, or report to the cafeteria and wait until the afternoon bus runs. 
  • Students taking the afternoon exam (Living Environment) can secure their own transportation, or arrive on the morning bus and wait in the cafeteria for their exam.  Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their exam. The Living Environment exam will begin at 12:00pm.
  • The cafeteria will be open and offer breakfast from 7:20-8:00am, and lunch from 10:00-11:30am.
  • Afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time of 2:10.  If students are still taking exams past that time, they will need to secure their own transportation. 
  • Once students have completed their exams, they must report directly to the cafeteria to wait for appropriate transportation, or they must leave campus immediately. Students may not be in any other part of the building.  

 

Wednesday, June 18th:

  • Students taking the morning exam (Global) will be directed to their exam room 15 minutes prior to the exam.  If students are not taking the afternoon exam, Algebra I, they will need to either secure their own transportation after their exam, or report to the cafeteria and wait until the afternoon bus runs. 
  • Students taking the afternoon exam (Algebra I) can secure their own transportation, or arrive on the morning bus and wait in the cafeteria for their exam.  Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their exam. The Algebra I exam will begin at 12:00pm.
  • The cafeteria will be open and offer breakfast from 7:20-8:00am, and lunch from 10:00-11:30am.
  • Afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time of 2:10.  If students are still taking exams past that time, they will need to secure their own transportation. 
  • Once students have completed their exams, they must report directly to the cafeteria to wait for appropriate transportation, or they must leave campus immediately. Students may not be in any other part of the building.  

 

Thursday, June 19th – Juneteenth:

  • School will be closed and there will be no exams held. 

 

Friday, June 20th:

  • Buses will be running on their regular schedule.  There will not be a midday run, so students must either provide their own transportation at the appropriate time, or if staying at school, remain in the cafeteria.  Additionally, afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time, 2:10pm.   
  • Students taking the morning exam (US History) will be directed to their exam room 15 minutes prior to the exam.  If students are not taking the afternoon exam, Earth Science, they will need to either secure their own transportation after their exam, or report to the cafeteria and wait until the afternoon bus runs. 
  • Students taking the afternoon exam (Earth Science) can secure their own transportation, or arrive on the morning bus and wait in the cafeteria for their exam.  Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their exam. The Earth Science exam will begin at 12:00pm.
  • The cafeteria will be open and offer breakfast from 7:20-8:00am, and lunch from 10:00-11:30am.
  • Afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time of 2:10.  If students are still taking exams past that time, they will need to secure their own transportation.

Monday, June 23rd:

  • There are no scheduled exams for this date. 
  • No breakfast or lunch will be served.

 

Tuesday, June 24th:

  • Buses will be running on their regular schedule.  There will not be a midday run, so students must either provide their own transportation at the appropriate time, or if staying at school, remain in the cafeteria.  Additionally, afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time, 2:10pm.   
  • Students taking the morning exam (Chemistry) will be directed to their exam room 15 minutes prior to the exam.  If students are not taking the afternoon exam, Physics, they will need to either secure their own transportation after their exam, or report to the cafeteria and wait until the afternoon bus runs. 
  • Students taking the afternoon exam (Physics) can secure their own transportation, or arrive on the morning bus and wait in the cafeteria for their exam.  Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their exam. The Earth Science exam will begin at 12:00pm.
  • The cafeteria will be open and offer breakfast from 7:20-8:00am, and lunch from 10:00-11:30am.
  • Afternoon buses will leave school at their regular time of 2:10.  If students are still taking exams past that time, they will need to secure their own transportation.

Wednesday, June 25th:

  • Only morning buses will be provided today. Morning buses will run on their regular schedule.  There will not be a midday run or any afternoon buses provided. Students will need to arrange for their own transportation, and remain in the cafeteria after the exam is complete.   
  • Students taking the morning exam (Algebra II) will be directed to their exam room 15 minutes prior to the exam.  The exam will begin at 8am.
  • The cafeteria will be open and offer breakfast from 7:20-8:00am. No lunch will be provided.
  • Once students have completed their exams, they must report directly to the cafeteria to wait for their own transportation, or they must leave campus immediately. Students may not be in any other part of the building.  

 

BOCES and New Visions Students for the Week of Regents Exams:

  • The last day of classes for Votec & New Visions programs is Friday, June 13, 2025, with the exception of the cosmetology program which will be conducting full-day classes for Juniors from June 23, 2025, through July 11th (excluding July 4). 
  • There will not be transportation provided to the cosmetology program – these students must arrange for their own transportation. 

 

Keep in Mind:

For Morning Exams: No students may enter the exam room after 10:00 AM

No students may leave the exam room before 10:00 AM

For Afternoon Exams: No students may enter the exam room after 2:00 PM 

No students may leave the exam room before 2:00 PM 

Regents exams last 3 hours 

There are no make-up provisions for students who arrive late or miss an exam

 

In the Exam Room:

No backpacks, cell phones, or other communication devices may be used.  Use of these items or any perception of cheating will result in a zero and a forfeited exam.  All of these items must be turned off and left either in the cafeteria or in the front of the exam room.  Please bring pencils, pens, calculators, and other materials you will need for your exam.
