We’re proud to share that Kate Dorgan, Director of Teacher & Student Supports, and Keri Rosher, Principal of WSL, served as distinguished panelists at the MTSS-I Virtual Learning Summit 3.0, presenting on “Lessons Learned from Initially Installing MTSS-I Systems.” Held August 13–14, 2025, this summit featured practical strategies for implementing and sustaining Multi-Tiered System of Supports–Integrated (MTSS-I) frameworks in district and school systems.
Their insights—rooted in real-world experience—focused on early implementation challenges and solutions that build strong, durable frameworks for student support. By sharing what works and what to watch out for, they’ve helped inform more effective, equitable systems that benefit our students here in Averill Park. This knowledge directly enhances our capacity to deliver tiered academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports more consistently and with greater fidelity—supporting the success of every student every day.
