The CAPT (Columbia–Averill Park–Troy) girls’ swim team made a splash in their first dual meet of the season, defeating Schenectady-Colonie 60–34 on Thursday night at Troy High School.
CAPT posted a number of strong swims, led by multiple first-place finishes across individual and relay events. Averill Park student-athletes played a big role in the victory, with standout performances from Ellen Antolick, Stella Toomajian, Hana Angell, Nora Hinsdale, and Julia Cronin.
