Families of students receiving specialized or support services are invited to a Transition Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Columbia High School Library.
The fair provides information and resources to help families plan for life beyond high school, including college, employment, independent living, and community supports. Representatives from local agencies will be available to answer questions and share guidance tailored to each student’s goals.
Participating organizations include ACCES-VR, the NYS Department of Civil Service, Living Resources, Wildwood Programs, Bring on the Spectrum, the Center for Disability Services, Rensselaer County One Stop, Transitions, and many more.
