Congratulations to Golden Knights of the Week, Emelia Sala and Shea Gibson, for their standout performances at the Section 2 Division III indoor track and field championships.
Emelia Sala captured first place in both the 55-meter dash and the 300 meters. She also helped lead the winning 4×400 relay team to a 4:35.45 finish as the Golden Knights secured the team title. Shea Gibson won the weight throw with a mark of 51 feet, 4 inches and added a third-place finish in the shot put at 40 feet, 1 inch.
