The Averill Park Athletic Department will host the 9th Annual Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Old Daley on Crooked Lake. The evening will begin with a reception and cash bar at 6:00 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner at 7:00 p.m. and the induction ceremony at 8:00 p.m.
The ceremony will recognize the Averill Park Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2026, including athletes McKenzie Bump ’15, Sara Cowan ’09, Owen D. Nuss ’14, Gerard O’Shea ’08, and Caraline Wood ’15, as well as the 2015 Softball Team. Community members, alumni, and supporters are invited to attend and celebrate the accomplishments and lasting impact of these outstanding Golden Knights.
Community members and businesses also have the opportunity to support the event and the Averill Park athletic program by placing an advertisement in the Hall of Fame program.
