Nine Averill Park High School art students have been selected to have their work featured in the 27th Annual High School Regional Juried Art Exhibition at Albany Center Gallery. Congratulations to Spencer Sweet, Anastazia Valachovic, Rebecca Gallerani, Natalie Carter, Aidah DiPierro, Hazel Miller, Maya Love, Z Clerico, and Vivian Savage for earning this recognition.
The exhibition jurors selected 127 artworks from 515 submissions representing 27 school districts, making this a highly competitive regional showcase. Averill Park students will have 10 works included in the exhibition, highlighting the strength of the district’s visual arts program.
The exhibition opens March 20, 2026, at Albany Center Gallery, located at 48 N. Pearl St. in Albany. A public reception will begin at 5:00 p.m., with participation certificates and awards presented at 6:00 p.m. The exhibit will remain on view from March 21 through April 24, Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
