In recognition of America’s 250th anniversary, the Algonquin Middle School Student Council ordered a flag that was flown over the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. The flag and its accompanying certificate are now on display in the AMS main foyer. The display honors the nation’s milestone anniversary and highlights the Student Council’s efforts to recognize and celebrate the occasion.
