Here, they will be able to preview course offerings, prerequisites, and note modalities for the courses offered. The summer courses page also includes important resource information such as our Registration Calendar denoting key dates for summer courses, directions on how to register, and more.

Summer Scholarship for Students in HVCC’s Service Area

For Summer 2026, a full tuition scholarship covering the cost of one course, up to 4 credits, will be awarded to students currently enrolled at a high school located in HVCC’s service area. A full list of eligible high schools is available on the Summer CIHS Courses Page. Homeschooled students residing in these districts are also eligible.

Students not enrolled at one of the high schools in the service area are still eligible to enroll in CIHS courses at the reduced rate of $70/credit, 1/3 of the standard HVCC tuition price. Homeschooled students not in the districts in our service area will also be eligible to enroll in CIHS courses at the reduced rate of $70/credit.
Note: some courses may require additional textbooks and/or course materials, which are the responsibility of the student to purchase. The CIHS program does not provide additional funding for these textbooks/course materials.

NOTE: the Free/Reduced Lunch (FRL) Scholarship is not available in the summer term, so please do not denote FRL eligibility when approving student course requests.

Students will see real-time course availability and request their courses in the system. From there, you as our school contacts are able to review & approve the course requests, view real-time course enrollment for all of your students, and more.

Students who have created Voyager accounts in the past should login using their existing HVCC credentials, where they will be able to review specific course sections, modalities of said courses, and request enrollment.
