Tax Bills
Tax bills will be mailed by September 1, 2026. Collection of taxes will begin September 1, 2026 and end October 31, 2026. The Averill Park Central School District does not accept payments at the District Office. ALL tax payments MUST BE MAILED to the following address or paid online:

From September 1 through September 30, 2026 NO PENALTY will be charged. A two percent (2%) penalty will be added from October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026. The last day payment of taxes can be accepted is October 31, 2026. All unpaid taxes will be turned over to the Rensselaer County Treasurer at that time.
