If your child/children are going to be entered into day care, please be sure that you fill out the alternate transportation form immediately.
This form needs to be filled out every year and returned by April 1. The form can be found under Services/Transportation on the District website. The form is located in the right column.
The form can be faxed, e-mailed or handed into the main office at the Transportation Department building. If your student is a part of a shared custodial agreement please also fill out the Alternate transportation form.
