The girls basketball team defeated Bethlehem 62-39 to claim their 10th straight sectional title, 13 of 14, 14 of 16, and 15 of 18. All-Tournament team member Arianna Verardi led the Warriors with 20 points and 5 assists. Tournament MVP Taylor Holohan had 12 points and 11 rebounds. Kayleigh Ahern added 14 points.
They now advance to a NYSPHSAA Class AA Regional Final against Central Square (III) on Saturday at 12:00 PM at HVCC. Tickets can be purchased here. The game can also be streamed here (subscription required).
