This festival was developed and organized to provide students with a venue to explore and share their creative efforts in the media arts.

The collection of artwork is a combined effort of 16 school districts that submitted 180 pieces of artwork and over 90 minutes of film.  Every school selected 12 images for Photography and Graphic Design and up to 15 minutes of film.  The judges selected distinguished works to receive awards in the Film, Graphic Design and Photography genre. The work was adjudicated by a professional photographer, filmmaker, illustrator and graphic designer.
